Our leadership team is comprised of people from the fields of business, medicine, non-profit organization, and church ministry. This teams help to plan, promote, and run the Fellows program each year. Their highest goal is to see emerging leaders raised up and released into the Charleston area and beyond!
Randy serves as the Director of Holy City Fellows. He also runs The Ridley Institute, a biblical training ministry for the local church, and serves as an associate pastor at St. Andrew’s Church. Before being ordained, Randy worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. He completed his theological studies at Regent College in Vancouver, BC. Randy loves teaching the Scriptures as a way to equip disciples to live out their faith in the marketplace and culture. He is married to Paisley and they have four school-aged children.
JD is the Southeastern Stewardship Director with Water Mission; a Christian engineering nonprofit that designs, builds and implements safe Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) solutions for people in developing countries and disaster areas. He attended Clemson University before moving to Charleston. JD has a background of leading youth ministries, mission organizations and speaking at different events. He’s passionate about seeing lives transformed and inviting people to be apart of what God is doing around the world. He and his wife, Katherine live in Park Circle.
David is a professor of Pediatrics & Neurology at MUSC, where he presently works part time with pediatric patients. He grew up in Colorado and received his professional education in Maryland and Michigan. David and his wife Patty, who is a retired pediatric ICU nurse, have four adult children and four grandchildren. They are interested in equipping the next generation of believers moving into leadership within society.
Karen serves as the Program Coordinator for Holy City Fellows. She also worked for 18 years at Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated as a Customer Development Manager. She relishes the time she can spend with Young Adults. Karen has a heart for loving and serving others out of the abundant love she receives from her Heavenly Father.
