What do we look for in an applicant? We welcome people with a diverse set of life experiences and personalities. In general, we look for applicants who love the Lord, are active in their local church, can fulfill the program commitments, exhibit maturity and humility, are teachable and willing to apply themselves, and have a desire to grow in leadership abilities. Applicants should be between the ages of 22 and 32.
Applications will be accepted beginning May 1, 2026, with a priority deadline of June 15th, 2026. Those applying by this date and accepted will receive a $200 tuition credit. Regular admissions deadline is August 3, 2026. Applications will be accepted on a rolling basis as space permits.
Those accepted into the program can expect to be present when class begins on Monday August 31st, 2026.
The fee to participate is $1200 (covers all curriculum, books, retreats and meals). Partial scholarships are available. All meetings are in person. Absences impact both the individual and the group experience, therefore, The Holy City Fellows attendance policy states that both retreats and service Saturday’s are mandatory. We ask that participants plan to miss no more than two weekly meetings.
Fellows will be selected from applicants who best demonstrate 1) commitment to the common good of God’s kingdom, 2) a deep desire to grow in their faith and 3) ability to fulfill the responsibilities of the program.
